Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and direct plant floor labor during assigned shifts to ensure maximum productivity and safety.
• Process Execution: Oversee the semi-automated liquid polymer batching and mixing processes, ensuring zero deviations from established SOPs.
• Compliance & Quality: Maintain strict compliance with ISO certification requirements. Guarantee that all safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control checks are rigorously followed.
• Data & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain all shift logs, production records, and batch tracking documentation in real-time (experience with ERP systems for stock and batch reconciliation is highly advantageous).
• Troubleshooting & Handover: Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve minor technical issues immediately, and conduct structured, clear shift handovers to incoming supervisors.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a BSc/MSc in Chemistry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead laboratory synthesis and formulation of novel Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) polymers and advanced macromonomers.
• Drive product diversification initiatives, including the development of solid (powdered) PCEs, clay-tolerant hybrids, and bespoke concrete admixtures.
