Capacity
The facility occupies a 7,000 sq.m. industrial property and has an installed capacity of 30,000 MTPA of various types of PCE, which is expandable to 60,000 with minimum CapEx. Our factory become operational on 16, Jan 2023
Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE)
Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) is a versatile chemical compound used in the construction industry to improve the workability and durability of concrete. It is available in various grades with different properties to suit specific needs.
TriStar offers a wide range of PCE grades, including high-range to mid-range water reducers, slump retainers, hybrids, early strength agents, and clay-tolerant, each with unique characteristics and benefits. Our PCE products provide excellent dispersing and slump-controlling ability, resulting in improved workability, reduced water content, and increased concrete strength.
