𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
  • 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆: Act as a data-driven advisor to the CEO and Board. Move beyond reporting numbers to provide actionable strategies for EBITDA growth and cost optimization.

  • 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: Lead the financial modeling for future capital projects, new product lines, and industrial investments to ensure maximum ROI.

  • 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Master the management of our multimillion-SAR receivable portfolio and optimize cash flow to support aggressive operational scaling.

  • 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Transition TST to audit-ready institutional standards. Own the relationship with banks, auditors, and ZATCA (VAT/Zakat) to ensure total compliance and risk mitigation.

• 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Ensure the absolute accuracy of the digital ledger, ensuring that inventory, procurement, and sales data provide a real-time, “single source of truth” for the business.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
  • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 7–12 years in Finance, with a minimum of 5 years specifically within a Manufacturing/Industrial environment.

  • 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿: Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations.

  • 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Robust experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP systems. You must understand the logic of integrated financial workflows.

  • 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Expert-level knowledge of KSA VAT, Zakat, and IFRS.

  • 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.

  • 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲: Professional English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with admixture producers, helping them solve concrete-related challenges for their ready-mix and precast customers
